When the product arrives at your facility, your personal Account Manager will schedule an installation time to set-up any equipment, properly store products and ensure that everything is working accordingly.
Training your employees not only ensures that the product will work as promised, but it also shows your team how to correctly use the product to achieve optimal results and ensure their safety. This is not a one-time service; we will provide follow-up training anytime you need it.
We visit our customers regularly, typically on a monthly basis to make sure our solution is working as promised. While there, we’ll perform routine maintenance on equipment and offer our assistance in any way possible.
