Sisters of Notre Dame

We honor the charism by living Gospel values in vibrant communities, by promoting Catholic education, especially for women and children, in urban and mission schools, and by fostering the fullness of life, especially for people who are poor, sick, and aged.

Sisters of Notre Dame of the United States (SND USA) currently minister in Arizona, California, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Ohio, Virginia and Wisconsin. In addition to ministry in the United States, our sisters support SND ministry in East Africa (including Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda), India, Papua New Guinea, and Rome.
