Stuff You’ll Do:
Our Techs help car wash owners and operators utilize our software and hardware to its fullest potential. Answering inbound calls to provide technical assistance over the phone. Key responsibilities include:
• Analyze customer problems and complete timely troubleshooting to solve issues over the telephone and e-mail
• Assist and train customers in using our products
• Research and complete projects based on customer needs

What You’ll Need (Minimum Qualifications):
• Previous customer service experience (Have you worked with customers?)
• A problem-solving mindset (Do you like a good puzzle?)
• The ability to troubleshoot using logic and analytical thinking (Are you a logical thinker with a gift for keeping things organized?)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (Do you like talking to people?)
• A strong sense of urgency (Do you like to get things done and feel a sense of accomplishment?)
• Attention to detail (Do you sweat the small stuff and care about getting things right?)
• Aptitude for learning new software programs (Do you like to learn new things?)

• Previous experience handling customer support via phone and/or e-mail
• Experience working with computer hardware and software
• Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems
