Our Talent Acquisition System Manager will play an integral role within the TP family. Working in a collaborative and engaging environment, you will help provide technical and analytical consultation and support to the US Talent Acquisition Team for system and and technology needs. The Talent Acquisition (TA) System Senior Analyst is a highly collaborative, analytical and systems savvy individual who provides consultative expertise and oversight of recruiting systems and processes. This role will focus on current and future systems optimization, as well as, implementation of new recruiting modules, and the integration with other existing IT systems. Furthermore, this role acts as a liaison between the Talent Acquisition (TA) Systems team, staffing, business units, enterprise application team, TA vendors, Onboarding and the HRIS team.



The scope of work includes but is not limited to: development, implementation, management, training and monitoring of TA information systems.

  • Actively participate in creating audit plans, schedules and testing of system upgrades and new configurations
  • Identifies gaps, designs and conducts quantitative and qualitative analysis of system wide Talent Acquisition and human resources related data to enhance the user and candidate experience
  • Partner with Global TA Systems team to deliver complex cross-functional projects in order to meet and exceed scope, cost and schedule
  • Act as a subject matter expert for all TA systems/modules
  • Actively participate in optimization by driving the definition and organization of business requirements and other user requests
  • Proactively eliminate bottlenecks and balances the business needs versus technical constraints
  • Identifies, assesses, tracks and helps mitigate or avoid issues and risks at multiple levels
  • Creates/maintains and disseminates project information to key stakeholders
  • Partner with Global TA Systems team to configure ICIMS ATS work-flow and integrations; collaborates to provide systems requirements based on business and department needs
  • Evaluate and prepare ICIMS optimization and partners with HRIS team on integration with HRIS tools and other related people systems
  • Proactively configure systems based on business drivers and day to day systems optimization
  • Suggest, design, implement and provide solutions and efficiencies
  • Ensure system meets all data privacy, compliance and regulations
  • In partnership with TA Training team, develop and assist in facilitate ongoing system wide recruiter/customer training associated with technology and process changes
  • Function as the ICIMS ATS systems expert, managing tickets to ensure timely issue resolution
  • Act as a resource for TA system and design questions for all existing and proposed work-flows
  • Work with local, regional and global leadership and project teams to identify, design, test and implement new systems or improvements to existing platforms and associated procedures
  • Investigate, resolve and perform follow up tasks on process and system related issues/problems



  • Minimum 5 years of ATS System Management experienc - specifically with ICIMS expertise
  • Experience leading teams, direct/indirect and delivering analytics and reporting solutions
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Quantitative focus
  • Experience with SQL
  • Efficient time management
  • Proven track record of building rapport with employees, management, and vendors
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Previous Recruitment call center experience preferred
  • Experience with Tableau, Access and PowerBi a plus
  • Excellent technical and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple high priority projects at any given time
  • Possess strong analytic and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to interface with Operations and craft requirements that drive solution execution
