Henry Martin are partnered with a well-established, Tier 1 contractor who are seeking a motivated Site Manager with new build experience. This contractor operates across both the public & private sectors, with much of this coming from repeat, long standing clients. Project values range between £25Mil - £100Mil
As the Site Manager you will be working as part of a team and will report directly to a Senior Project Manager. The project is a mixed use residential new build with a project valuation of £85Mil and is based in Hertfordshire.
Your background will need to include a strong track record of delivering successful £50Mil+ new build projects and experience with residential builds is vital. If you are a Project Manager, with a proven background of managing residential new builds with RC Frame and are keen to work for a progressive contractor, this opportunity will be of great interest.
