In this position, you will be leveraging this unique platform for the cancer-activated expression of PET reporter genes and synthetic targets for the purpose of developing imaging agents and theranostic approaches. Within this context, you will:

  • Assist in the development of improved molecular imaging techniques using expressed PET reporter genes in preclinical cancer models and characterizing the outcomes of the experiments with a view towards human clinical translation.
  • Provide technical leadership in obtaining and interpreting data sets from quantitative analysis of PET imaging.
  • Conduct and communicate complex statistical analyses of medical imaging studies to support trial design and registration activities.
  • Work with bioinformatics team to optimize image analysis and improve quality, develop co-registration tools, incorporate partial-volume correction, iterative image reconstruction, etc.
  • Assist in the development innovative ideas for novel PET reporter genes and tracers.
  • Prepare high quality analytic documentation, such as project reports and manuscripts to support publications and regulatory filings.

Your Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills
