Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companies is partnering with a premiere manufacturing client in the Broomfield area for a Direct Hire Senior Recruiter. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting on all internal, corporate openings.
Senior Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Manage Recruitment process thru ATS and other HR systems
- Act as Hiring Manager and one of the final says in offer stage and onboarding process
- Develop and maintain an active pipeline of prospective candidates for internal positions
- Report to corporate/upper management as needed
- Utilize job boards and other online/offline resources for active recruiting efforts
- Develop cross-functional relationships with Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, and other departments to expand international recruiting efforts
Knowledge and Requirements:
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience: focus on outside sales and corporate positions
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, internally and externally
- MS Office proficiency; experience in one or multiple ATS
- Bachelor's strongly preferred
Compensation and Benefits
