Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively support broader recruitment strategy to help ensure delivery of qualified and diverse talent
  • Become a talent advisor and subject matter expert on the local market and competitor landscape to best attract top talent
  • Report on effective recruiting trends and make recommendations based on recruiting data
  • Lead and own posting, screening, assessment, interview, offer and disposition process activities for the regional/functional segment, ensuring outstanding candidate experience
  • Partner with Hiring Leaders and internal stakeholders to understand the business, meet hiring volumes, provide feedback on candidates and influence hiring decisions
  • Ensure a best in class candidate experience by proactively providing details on the selection process and Hiring Leader feedback
  • Use ATS and recruitment applications to drive improved recruitment outcomes
  • Help ensure company follows laws and regulations as it relates to online sourcing, recruiting and hiring practices
  • A minimum of two years of full lifecycle, corporate recruiting or related experience; preferably with exposure to financial services or Operations
  • Experience with class hiring/volume recruitment
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience with recruitment tools, technologies, and platforms such as Taleo, Eightfold, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireVue and/or others preferred
  • Ability to build positive relationships and collaborate with hiring leaders and candidates in an engaging and persuasive manner
