The starting hourly pay rate range while working as a Technical Recruiter III is $50.80
Job Description:
  • Candidate talent search and engagement
  • Talent Acquisition process improvement and strategy development
  • Successfully manage talent searches on a timeline
  • Experience setting benchmarks and metrics
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment
  • EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent working experience
  • 1-3 years of corporate and/or agency technical recruiting experience including sourcing and/or full life cycle recruiting
  • Strong working knowledge of Boolean, x-ray searches and additional sourcing software
  • Experiencing managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
  • Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives
  • Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases, internet sourcing tools and complete spreadsheets
  • Able to meet short- and long-term deadlines
