Job Details

Project Managers are responsible for estimates, budgets, create schedules, buyout subcontracts and material suppliers, write subcontracts and purchase orders, and manage the project. They are responsible for the project in its entirety, from conception to completion. Our Project Managers are the primary source of daily contact with our clients.
BA Degree in Engineering or Construction preferred
5+ years PM experience required
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 hour preferred
Maintain adherence to companies standards of safety
Maintain or exceed profit expectations
Utilize PROCORE project management software
Create and manage project budget for all assigned projects
Develop and collaborate on pre-construction packages
Conduct project meetings with Owners and Subcontractors
Skills in Project Administration, Including RFI's, Submittals, AIA Billing, Change Orders, Etc.
Generate and Maintain Project Schedules Utilizing Critical Path Method via Microsoft Project or Primavera Software
Aggressively close-out projects
Maintain client relationships and have the ability to generate repeat work
Supervise direct reports including Assistant Project Managers
Engage in daily conversation with Superintendents and coordinate successful outcomes
