The RA&A lab helps the company achieve this in four important ways:
• Drive content and program development across RA&A projects
• Advise clients on the trends and actors shaping the global economy
• Stimulate and promote thought leadership within RA&A networks
• Search and engage the new talents, projects, technologies and speakers that will bring the best experiences for our clients


· Design and execute programs for RA&A events. This includes leading and executing on all aspects of program development (from research, drafting and session development to scripting and delivery) and all aspects of speaker engagement (from research, outreach, invitations and communications to briefings and speaker management on site)
· Nurture and expand our network of business speakers, innovators and partners
· Research and produce thought leadership research on business and investment topics on a biweekly basis
· Advise clients on the business and investment trends shaping the global economy
· Support ongoing business development efforts, including the preparation of reports, memos, presentations and sales pitches.

This position reports to the director of the RA&A Lab.


· Master's degree in journalism, business or international affairs.
· Proven track record of designing and executing programs for high-end international events
· 3-5 years of experience covering business and investment topics as a program lead, business journalist, economic analyst or researcher writing for C-suite audiences
· Excellent writing and communication skills
· Proven experience in managing client-facing relationships with CEOs and government officials

Travel: 15-30%
