We have openings on 2nd and 3rd shift for Production Workers. The primary role for the Production Worker / Material Handler is moving material around the plant or work site with a forklift and/or crane in order for production to run smoothly. In addition, this role may package/band, weigh, and load/unload material from machines and stage material in a timely and accurate manner. This Material Handler is responsible for building arbors and setting up machines for use as well as performing multiple tasks throughout the day to ensure safe and quality production. This position requires a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to perform the duties to the highest standard. The candidate selected for this role will train on days (7a - 3p) for the first 90-days. After training is completed the employee will then move to an off-shift. This would either be a 3p-11p schedule or an 11p-7a schedule. 

Skills Needed & Requirements

  • Basic math & reading skills
  • Possess good problem solving skills and knowledge of safety practices

  • Possess a high level of personal accountability and attention to detail

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check

  • Must have flexibility to work off shifts


High School Diploma or equivalent
