Our client is looking for a trustworthy, administrative support professional to take over the day-to-day administrative duties of a small, professional office. Your daily tasks would include answering calls, greeting visitors, invoicing clients, composing meeting minutes and correspondence, managing data, handling general personnel paperwork, maintaining the facility, and general office clerical support.
Successful candidates will have:
* Minimum of 5+ years office management or supervisory experience
* Experience with HR duties and oversight of related processes
* A sense of humor and a positive outlook!
* Experience in processing purchase orders and invoices
* Ability to prioritize and multi-task
* Reception and customer service skills to deal with both internal and external customers
* Proficiency in the use of personal computers including such programs as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Bachelor's degree preferred, AA degree OR equivalent work experience considered
