Daily Responsibilities for our Medical Front Office Admin:

  • Answer phones, return messages, scheduling appointments, give directions to clinic, intake patients (on-phone/in-person)
  • Complete demographic/insurance registration, collect patient ID/insurance cards/prescription, upload documentation
  • Verify eligibility/benefits, collect patient out-of-pocket payments


  • Must have Valid Driver's License
  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Must have 1 year of Medical Admin exp
  • Must have scheduling, insurance verification/authorization, benefits/eligibility experience
  • Must have experience with copays, deductibles and coinsurance
  • Must have experience working with MediCare, MediCal and the main providers
  • Must have EMR system
  • Must be able to multitask and keep up with a fast pace
  • Must be energetic and have great attitude

Hours for this Medical Front Office Admin Position:

Monday- Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm
