Title: ERP Functional Analyst IV (Oracle Cloud)
Position Type:
Contract 12 Months
Location: Houston, TX


DESCRIPTION:

Recently deployed Oracle Cloud as a part of the enterprise-wide ERP platform to facilitate common enterprise-wide business processes, data and systems with the objective to simplify, standardize and automate across finance, supply chain, and asset & work management. The ERP Functional Analyst will be involved in supporting the sustainment of Oracle Cloud modules including Sourcing & Contracts, Supplier Master, Supplier Qualification, Procure to Pay, Inventory, Item Master, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with Sustainment Team, users and stakeholders to identify and assess various improvement opportunities in Oracle Cloud (process changes and/or system enhancements)
  • Participate in change management activities including the development and delivery of training material for improvement projects.
  • Participate in evaluation, testing, and change management activities for Oracle Cloud quarterly releases.
  • Support data quality projects as required, including data cleansing, conversion, mass uploads, etc.
  • Support system maintenance and configuration changes as required.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Related university degree in Business or Technology
  • Directly related experience with Oracle Cloud/ERP sustainment (system, process, data)on large enterprise programs
  • Willing to challenge the status quo - push the teams to think beyond "the way things are" to the "art of the possible" and embrace new ways of doing things
  • Proven interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and influence skills applied with technical, operational, functional and executive level personnel
  • Able to understand the enterprise wide and Business Unit specific requirements
  • Strong project management skills and effective execution skills to ensure successful delivery / implementation
