Job Description

The Contract Administrator is a part of the Operations Support Team and provides administrative and clerical support to assigned project management teams.

· Administer Owner contracts, subcontracts, and all associated construction documents from project start-up to close-out.

· Generate change orders, joint check agreements, AIA documents, bond requests and IT tickets.

· Organize and maintain records by copying and scanning documents, uploading files, and preparing binders.

· Prioritize and work efficiently through large volumes of email and other correspondence.

· Distribute incoming mail/packages and prepare outgoing packages; FedEx, UPS, Plan/Drawings Services, U.S. Mail, and couriers.

· Other duties and tasks as assigned/requested by the Operations Support Team Coordinator and/or project management teams.

· Plan and coordinate meetings; make travel arrangements

· Generate and analyze reports

· Prepare transmittals and overnight shipping labels

· Serve as part of a team of administrative professionals who communicate, support and back each other up

Assume additional responsibilities and additional assignments per supervisor's direction



Job Requirements:

Experience

· Minimum 3 years related work experience

· Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

· Data entry keyboarding skills with a high degree of accuracy

· Prior experience with Viewpoint and Procore is a plus, but not required

· Experience with AIA, Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat and DocuSign is ideal

Experience in the Construction industry is ideal
