Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Creve Couer, MO that is seeking an Associate Recruiter. Responsibilities:
  • In this role, the Associate Recruiter will manage all aspects of the recruiting process, including candidate selection and offer negotiation for non-exempt through senior-level supervisory/management positions
  • Attend career fairs and other company and/or industry events
  • Ensure compliance to country specific legal implications from recruiting activities (ex. EEO compliance - development of outreach activity strategy)
  • The Associate Recruiter will educate managers on all aspects of the recruiting process, including a compliant use of the applicant tracking system, accuracy of job postings, and the identification of qualified candidates based on business requirements and behavioral competencies
  • Utilize corporate applicant tracking system in a compliant manner to manage the recruitment process, ensuring a high level of integrity into the system
  • Perform behavioral, competency and skill-based interviews to assess candidate qualifications against agreed upon position requirements and competencies
  • Associate Recruiter will partner with the recruiting operations group to ensure high quality delivery of process effectiveness, which includes system integrity, work authorization, and administrative quality


Job Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • B.A./B.S. with 4+ years of recruiting experience, or High School diploma/GED with 10-12 years of applicable recruiting experience; A combination of agency and corporate recruiting experience is preferred
  • Demonstrated experience managing a high requisition portfolio while maintaining customer service standards
  • Understanding of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEOC) guidelines related to sourcing and selection; Demonstrated experience using resume databases, internet search tools and/or social networking to find and attract top talent
  • Demonstrated ability to instill trust, analyze and solve problems while anticipating the needs of our business partners
  • Ability to handle delicate or difficult situations with finesse; ability to work under stress
  • Ability to manage partnerships with TAA
  • Team oriented and cooperative (basis for handling multiple priorities across business units)
  • Ability to use a wide range of information sources in reviewing the recruiting and compliance strategies
  • Some experience managing through difficult situations
